Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
At Zunkie Entertainment we stand by the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase.

We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this. We do deliver overseas but you will need to contact us for a shipping quote.

The anticipated delivery time of you purchase will be within 5 working days of your order being dispatched.
